30 minutes / 6 days per week. Always rest at least one day per week (recommend the Lord’s day).

• No need to spend extra time counting calories, fats, carbs, etc.
• Some weight loss programs suggest up to 3 weigh-ins per week at some regular location.
There is no need for that. We suggest that you focus that amount of time rather on your
exercise routine. You’ll have much better results. (Remember, we suggest that you don’t make
a regular practice of weighing yourself. There will be times in our program that you will likely
lose inches when you are not losing pounds because of the toning factor in the muscles.)
